PGR dev working on James Bond game?

Rumour links Bizarre Creations with superspy 007
Is Bizarre Creations working on a James Bond game?

Well, that's the rumour circulating, 1up.com reporting (via EGM) that the UK studio is beavering away on a 007 title that features a hefty amount of driving elements. Hmm...

The James Bond IP is owned by Activision, which acquired Bizarre in September this year. In October, the publisher let slip that one of two teams at the UK developer, and a team that is "very talented in the action genre", is working "on a property that Activision already owns".

A second team at Bizarre is working on a racing title.

Could the rumour be true? It certainly has legs.

Here's hoping the other team are working on a racing game that will come out on the Wii too!!!

There hasn't been a decent James Bond game since Goldeneye on the N64... FACT!

I think it would be a waste of their talent.
We have yet to see what they can do outside of the racing genre. For all we know The Club could be s**te and so could a bond game if they made one.
Why not let them do what they do best and get a decent multi-format racing game out. Wii is in dire need of one.

It will be a FPS bond game with driving sections that give Kudos points Razz

I just hope that one of these 2 UK developes is Free Radical.

They are the perfect people for the job. After all, it was them that made Goldeneye.

It makes too much sense for it to be true though. Crying or Very sad

Well if they go for the new James Bond feel, you'll spend a third of the game sitting in a casino gambling.

Most/all bond games have been pants bar Goldieyes - it wud be a shame to see such talent wasted but then again it COULD be good,,, but alas, always be in doubt, then you'd never be disappointed eh?... Smile
