Ubisoft's first Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 trailer has had gamers - including us - scratching heads in bemusement and saying, "WTF?"
We don't know what Ubisoft was thinking, but instead of giving us a good eyeball of the game, the publisher's put together a real-life clip that... well, just watch it for yourself and you'll see what we mean.
Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 was unveiled in November and is set to release next year on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
Maybe the game just isn't ready set? so they release a trailer like that just to keep the momentum of publicty?
Or, more likely, it's to attract more of an audience. The mass public are more likely to carry on watching an advertisement for a video game that LOOKS like its an advertisement for a film.
meh. it's crap anyway - didn't make me want to play the game at all 'cos I have no idea what it'll be like (no gameplay footage!).
What are you talking about? Them was Micro$oft's DirectX 10 graphics shown off at their best! See they do keep their promises! Gasp at how lifelike they are! Thanks Bill G! Now I've got a reason to update to Vista
Maybe if they spent a little more time making sure their games, you know, worked, instead of dicking about pretending to be Hollywood movie moguls, we might be remotely interested.
