Nintendo has confirmed that Super Smash Bros. Brawl has been delayed once again. It's now out March 9 in the States.
It follows reports yesterday that US retailers had begun revising the game's release date to, er, March 9.
"Due to delays in the completion of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, we've had to change the release date of the game to Sunday, March 9th", director Masahiro Sakurai has said on the official Super Smash Bros. Brawl website.
"I deeply apologize to the people who have looked forward to playing the game for so long and ask that you hold on just a little longer. Thank you for your patience."
I was about going to say that. God knows when we're getting - only thing I can be sure of is that now it'll be between May and Dec 2008 (I'd say April but I don't think we'll get it a month after USA)
Also noticed the Japanese date got delayed too, only by a week though, which isn't too bad but still a bit of a pain in the ass

Let's remember that when Nintendo finally released Paper Mario in Europe, it did have a bug that crashed the entire game which, coincidently enough, didn't appear in the Japanese or American versions.
