Well, The Creative Assembly's Viking Battle for Asgard has been described as a "visceral wave of slaughter" after all. It appears that was no lie.
Anyway, you can see this gruesome gore and further blood-spattered delights in new screenshots from the game that we've uploaded. We hope Battle for Asgard's as good as it's promising to be. It's out on PS3 and Xbox 360 at the end of the month.
I can imagine this game being a s**tty flop, but I really hope it's brutally fantastic. I'll wait until the reviews come out before I decide to pick it up or not.
I think this game is going to be amazing ive been looking forward to this since january as im into norse mythology and the old beliefs, i think the battles will live up to expectations aswell , as ive seen an interview where one of the developers says that each character on the battle field has there own AI and so has there own priorities in the battle field, like flanking, or trying to take down the ogres or going to help fellow vikings that are losing there fight and so on and vice verser with the undead army! so all in all cant wait just over a week to go!
