PreviousA new Rockstar takes stage UTIII 360 "coming along really nicely"  Next

Alan Wake info promised soon

"The media 'blackout' won't continue for too much longer," says Remedy
Long missing Alan Wake looks like it might finally resurface into the public eye, after what feels like an eternity of silence on the 360 and PC "psychological action thriller".

Following another rumour debunk that the game would be out this September, a Remedy spokesperson on the official Alan Wake forums said: "Patience. The media 'blackout' won't continue for too much longer".

Fingers crossed we'll be seeing Alan and his torch soon then. Hopefully, the game finally coming out of hiding is also indication that we should be expecting it on the shelves soon - hopefully in 2008, but that's just wishful thinking on our part.

I'd given up on this, in fact it was getting to the point I thought there'd be more chance of an Alan Partridge game! (Now that would be something!).

An Alan Partridge game would be superb! You could have combat mission mini games where you follow Michael about scaring old ladies by pretending to fire at them, sneak missions in the restaurant buffet with his twelve inch plate and gathering missions around the local petrol station where you have to locate tungsten tip screws.

Brilliant, you would have to try to sneak out of the restuarant with your plate before Susan spots you and says "got your big plate Alan?"

Hopefully they will announce that this game is not Vista exclusive.

"B.Oddie...that's Bill Oddie! What's rude about a body?!"

"......t**s?"

Too many moments to list in that programme of outstanding quality.

"I'll just talk over you..." sorry to change the subject but does anyone know if this game (wake, not partridge) is coming to PS3 also

Nope its a 360 exclusive as far as consoles are concerned, although will be on PC as well.
