Holy sh*t! Project Origin is gory

Ninja Gaiden 2? Pah. Check out the claret in this latest batch of Project Origin screens. It's mental.

Look at that messy screen below. That guy's so screwed up it almost makes us chuckle. A few seconds ago he would have been running up to you trying to get moody with a gun, and now look at him - a bloody mess.

We thought the slow-mo gunfights of Project Origin's spiritual predecessor, F.E.A.R., were super satisfying, and this looks like it'll be even better. Can't wait.

Soldier of fortune is an extremely gory game, limbs fall enemies with every step. That didnt make it any better of a game.

I don't see the point in just flinging blood at the screen, if it doesn't make an active difference in the gameplay then don't bother.

Although i am partial to some exploding heads.

People dont explode when you shoot them, you leave more of a hole and a face will cave in, that blood looks like oil with a red glow.

Soldier of fortune 2 was a much gorier game than this and a great online game i might add, also.. this doesnt really look that good

amen to that. Gore is all well and good, but lets have some decent gameplay in there first, folks!

Plus, this doesn't actually look all that gory. I think Gears of War outclasses this for blood splatter any day.

Let's hope they make it a bit less drab and predictable this time.

This game looks better every time I see it. Can't wait for a demo of it.
