One of the surprise stars of EA's London showcase event this afternoon is Valve's Zombie shooter Left 4 Dead, which is looking like an absolute blast on PC and 360.
This preview will tell you more, but Valve's multiplayer shooter basically pits you and three mates against the undead hordes - though it's not quite as simple as it sounds.
Our man on the floor won't shut up about how awesome the Counterstrike-meets-28 Day later shooter is to play, so we're starting to think we should all be looking out for Left 4 Dead.

PC gaming is a completely different market to console gaming. Its an exclusive to the extent that the 360 is the only games console getting it.
Please stop cozying up to EA, Valve. Find someone else to publish; they're obviously just trying to smarm-charm their way into your pants and once they get that ring on your finger, good luck getting a divorce!

good thing its not comin to the ps3 after that terrible half life port, ps3 doesnt need anymore crappy ports plus there's plenty of 1st person shooters comin out for the console.
i suggest ps3 owners just buy the PC version, or buy a damn 360, they're as cheap as cornflakes these days

Yer talkin out yer bottom mate!After the patch they brought out the ps3 version of the game was fine.As for left for dead it's jut a timed exclusive.The dude who is making it said if there was demand for it then they would consider it.
As great as this game looks I just dont know if I have time for another online game. I already have Crysis, Team fortress 2, Unreal 3 and getting GTA 4 next week. Theres just not enough hours in the day to get my head around another one

you should really go to a non urban setting, like the north pole, and play with the nice white polar bears. They are ever so friendly .. they would even let you put your head in their mouths and stuff.
