Guitar Hero 3 fans will be able to download three tracks by British trio Muse as of May 8.
A Muse track already features in the game in the form of the rock-hard Knights of Cydonia, but fans will be able to purchase a downloadable song pack featuring Exo-Politics, Supermassive Black Hole from its latest album Black Holes and Revelations, and Stockholm Syndrome from Absolution.
No word on the price yet. We've tried phoning Activision, but its receptionist seems to have the afternoon off. Previously, packs have cost 500 Microsoft points, so expect something around that.
HAZAAA finally a guitar hero pack worth getting xcited about. I must admit that I feel very disappointed with GH3 DLC thus far as it seems to be very few and far between when you compare it to the constant stream of Rock Band content available. However Muse are awesome and thank god for this pack...... although perhaps a Muse song pack 2 will be released with some older stuff too wooot. Looks like all the nagging at the Activision rep whenever he comes into my store has finally paid off!!!!
Stockholm Syndrome? - odd, I was listening to Absolution as I read this...
Anyways, perfect for GH - Muse are fantastic, the game is fantastic and Matt Bellamy is a Guitar Hero (Devon FTW!)...spot on - now give us more Stone Roses
