Sega has released six new screenshots from its new Rambo arcade gun shooting game on its way this autumn.
From what we can make out of the screenshots, in the game you'll be taking control of John Rambo and shooting as many people as possible. If anything it sounds like a faithful movie tie-in.
Astute readers will also have noticed the anger gauge in the screenshots. It gradually fills up when Rambo shoots and when full the tormented Vietnam veteran becomes invincible for a limited amount of time. That's the biggest departure the game takes. In the movies, Rambo is always invincible.
Considering this is Sega, who loves Wii, could we see a straight-to-budget port in the future?
total cash in, but its out in september thats 7 months the film will be out of people minds, and even that was for only like a month. it looks like a dirty 1970s porno....awful

Not only that, but it appears to follow Rambo 3 and not the the latest one.
Man, I love Rambo but this looks like a huge pile of s**te. WTF's with the pyro from TF ?
Wow its been years since I visited an arcade (ps1 days) do arcade games still look that bad? What a cheesy tie in though. Shame it isn't a half bad movie considering I was expecting a stinker. But I read clint eastwood maybe making a new dirty harry movie and may kill him off early, thanks to the new die hard and rambo and rocky given him the dutch courage.
Sega, whats wrong? Are you sick? You can tell me, we've been friends for years!
I feel like I don't know you anymore...

I used to be a huge Sega fan from my youth til teens, now I feel nothing but emptiness inside. All the talent they had has gone.
I got a picture taken outside the Sega building in Munich next to the sign. Years ago it would have been like an Elvis impersonator going to Graceland, but now, it was no big deal.
