The first glimpse of the Tekken movie has emerged online through a couple of photos revealing Marshall Law and Jin Kazama.
The movie, directed by a chap called Dwight H. Little who's most 'well known' for the Phantom of the Opera movie with Robert 'Freddy' Englund. Plus a Steven Seagal flick called Marked for Death. So expect a film of quality, then.
Even so, don't expect the film to look as bad as the photo of Marshall Law. Far from being a still from the movie, the image is merely a photo posted by actor Cung Le on his MySpace page
Comparatively, the second picture showing Jin Kazama appears to be direct from the movie, which is why it's so grainy and moody.
Looks more like some idiots posing as the characters then anything else. If the film doesn't have Jackie Chan as Law then its a flop!
errr you're an idiot, Jackie Chan would definatly be Lei Wulong !
Hey I haven't played Tekken for a long time, all I can remember is there was character based on Jackie Chan and another on Bruce Lee, sorry if that upsets you so much, but theres no need to be offensive...you c**k!
Looks like an absolute joke. I sick in my mouth everytime a respected games franchaise is tarnished by such s**te movie adaptions... Then again, it's the developers own fault for selling the license...
What makes everyone think this will be crap? You've seen a few pics and thats it. How can you possibly judge?
Chiaki Kuriyama, Ian Anthony Dale and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa are all extremly good actors/actresses and Luke Goss as been good in the two films i've seen him in. Also Dwight H. Little as directed episodes of 24, prison break and x-files so i have faith there.
The only thing that as me worried is the writer cause he as done some s**te films but he did write wrong turn and rapid fire, both a required taste but both good films imo.
