Before all the anti-Aerosmith brigade start coming on and moaning that they should've made 'GH: insert obscure metal/indie band that can't even sell records here' - I'd have to say I'm more excited about some of the other bands that are included in this.
'All the Young Dudes', 'She Sells Sanctuary', 'Always on the Run' and 'Hard to Handle' will be a blast....'Sweet Emotion' will be great too.

There's a few classic Aerosmith songs missing from that list. Dude (Looks Like a Lady), Angel, Eat the Rich to name just 3. And we probably didn't need both versions of Walk This Way. It's either a hideous oversight or clever marketing.

Ah, there's plenty more than that - 'Mama Kin', 'The Other Side', 'Janie's Got A Gun'....still, they did say that there wouldn't be any DLC for this.
I'd be surprised if there wasn't (if they make 'Walk on Water' part of the DLC, I'll definitely pick it up).
Yup. Agree with your guys on what we would also like to see/hear other than what's on the playlist as it is. I could think of more but the list is that big

On a slightly related note, has anyone else seen that picture of (what looks to be) Billy Corgan in a mo-cap suit for Guitar Hero IV? Swwwweet!
Seems that you can pretty much create what you want in Guitar Hero 4 - the preview I'd read makes that sound absolutely incredible. Have you guys seen the guitar that's coming with GH4? - looks fantastic!
Either way, GH: Aerosmith will tide me over until then....I just want to know - can I use Slash for 'Always on the Run'?

Well I think it is a foolish idea to make a game of one band. The best thing about Rock Band is there are songs for everyone. Won't be getting this. After playing Rockband Guitar Hero just feels wrong. Rockband is the true Guitar Hero 2!
