After game installations, demos and PlayTV videos, if you have any space left on your PS3 hard drive, Media Molecule looks set to fill it with Sackboy costumes.
We've managed to resist the temptation to grab all the other cutesy costumes released so far, but these Street Fighter costumes are a must, surely?
There's no word on price or release date, according to Ripten, but we'd guess it to be soon considering Super Street Fighter II HD Turbo Remix hit PSN in US last week (UK date still unconfirmed).
I was talking to one of my friends at the weekend who is never off LBP and he was saying that on the forums there talking about releasing packs that include allsorts; costumes, items to use in levels etc.
Even if LBP dosent sell as many units as they hoped there going to recoup there investment with all these microtransactions.
I think it's one of the biggest shames in recent video game history that LBP hasn't sold more copies. It's a stunning title, packed with charm, fiendish puzzles and a voice over by Stephen Fry FFS! Add to that player-created content and you have something that should have been flying off shelves - without it I'd never have got my PS3.
I'm loving those outfits though. And I don't see anything wrong with Ryu's hair

Win win for MM.
How do you know that they'll be £4.99? I think only that stupid t-shirt (of which you can put your own stickers on) was such a silly price. The last costumes were less than a quid each, which is par for the course when it comes to these type of things.
I do like the idea of a Ryu Sackboy though....
I'm guessing a price of £2.49 for the four, or 79p each. More than that and they can feck off.

Come on Mark. I know its Monday and all that that but read the posts maybe with both eyes open this time.
Maybe the fact that after the £4.99 i had written Joke and put a Big Smiley Face after it you may have realised that I was maybe pulling some legs.

You must be having a Monday like mine.
Yes, you guessed almost correctly, matey. However, it was Friday night that upset me more than today, when my PS3 bit the proverbial dust. Luckily, Sony are sending me a new 60gb on the 10th of December, even though mine was out of guarantee. Phew.
At least I get to concentrate on the admittedly lovely Fable 2, my favourite 360 game so far.

Not all bad, eh?
Totally agree. Fable 2 blew me away with its charm and humour, Ive already played through it twice and will be having another go once the DLC is released.
Shame about your PS3 though, what went wrong with it?

I totally agree, I can only guess that most people don't "get" it or something.
The only thing I don't like about it is that the majority of the "cool" levels are annoying easy trophy ones with stupid titles like "7 trophies in 30 seconds" or the like. How can so many people think these levels are actually good, let alone good enough to heart?

I couldn't tell you what went wrong, other than it just wouldn't turn on. The nice young lady at Sony seemed to think that it was overheating, but the same thing was happening on Saturday morning as well, suggesting otherwise. It ate my RFOM2 disc as well, the greedy fecker.
I'm playing Fable 2 from the Hdrive and I must say that it runs much quieter than before. I do enjoy the quirkyness of Fable 2 and there is much to do. Should keep me more than busy.
I have currently completed the quest to find 'Hammer', the monks daughter. I married a furniture store owner called 'Lana' just to see if I got a nice discount on beds. Barely scraped the surface, I'd imagine. I like to take my time with most games though, eeking out every last treasure as I go. Probably played for about 5 hours.
I did experience one strange bug whereas, I couldn't get rid of a string of text at the top of the screen for ages, reading something like 'You must buy furniture from a store to swap items'. It got very annoying, but then disappeared after a while. Odd.

People like easy stuff. I stumbled onto one of those quick trophy "levels" but I didn't rate it up and since there's no point in playing it again I definitely wouldn't heart one.
My first level got published yesterday (called Cannonboy) and I'm proud of it, even if the main feature is a bit buggy If you add me as a friend and look at my hearted stuff, you need to check out the Gladiators level I found - it is fantastic!
