Metal Gear DLC breaks LittleBigPlanet

Save game data and previous DLC going missing
The stunning Metal Gear Solid-themed DLC released for LittleBigPlanet just before Christmas has unfortunately triggered a few annoying bugs in the game, according to forum complaints.

We've not had any issues with it, but certain users on the official LBP forums have apparently had save game data go AWOL, with their progress through the new levels being lost.

Slightly worse, reports Kotaku, others have noticed all of their previous DLC do a runner too, which can be a right pain in the rear considering the sheer amount that has been release for the game already.

Media Molecule is yet to respond, probably because it's tech people are all still at home trying to munch through their own weight in left-over turkey.

That's pretty obvious.

Anyway, it doesn't sound like too major an issue as none of the previous posters have said they've had a problem. One person said they weren't affected and the rest just did the whole "360 vs PS3" thing.

It's not like I've never had an issue with my 360 and to say the PS3 is a failure if it encounters what seems a fixable glitch is just pretty childish.

true gamers have all consoles, ps3 sucks eggs ok, its been too long since ive been excited about a game for ps3 way back when metal gear was comming out,
of course all the fan boys rush to sonys c*%k to praise the ill machine but lets just face it.....its just a glorified dvd/blu-ray player!

its alright though...another 50 or so updates and it might just make it before next generation lool.

If you think about it, people always love the ailing console the best. The people who love n64, dreamcast and gamecube do so more fanatically than normal because they know their console needs the support. I always have the habit of using the losing console the most, I pushed n64 at pre-prep, gamecube at prep school and ps3 at secondary. Also I play my PSP far more than my DS and my ps3 has taken the limelight against my Wii.

I've never had any thoughts of buying any xbox, I keep the view that their games will come out on pc eventually. Plus 360 is doing fine just now so doesn't need my help Wink

PS3 is s**t. Xbox360 is even s**tter. And the Wii is definately s**t.
