BioWare community manager Jay Watamaniuk has apparently let slip that a second Mass Effect DLC episode is on the boil.
The first DLC episode, entitled Bring Down the Sky, was released in March last year, and added a new mission on a renegade asteroid, that introduced the elusive Batarian race talked about in the prequel book.
According to this report, Watamaniuk revealed that a second episode is on the way, but didn't even so much as hint what it would contain or when it would be released.
The conversation, the report says, was instead shifted quickly to a bug-fixing patch for the PC version which is "coming soon".
I haven't even tried the first DLC yet, and I'm looking to play through the game another 5 times more for the achievements anyway, so the more content the better.
The first DLC was short but decent. The best thing about it was it was free (on PC anyway). I only payed Ł10 for the game originaly so I doubt I'll want to pay much for more little side missions unless they're pretty epic.
Had hoped there would be atleast 3 DLC packs for ME but good to hear theres atleast 2 hopefully this one will be bigger, hopefully it will change the combat in the 360 version to include the original freeze tactics mode.
After posting about a month ago, telling that I hadn't even completed my first playthrough, I decided to start playing ME again... have completed it twice and the downloadable content too... BRILLIANT game!
More Dlc is always welcome, I'd prefer the sequel tbh...

Sorry Dude, I know how much you wanted this but I doubt the new dlc would make that big an impact on the game mechanics. Especially when the next one is coming out next year! Still though, I really hope this comes out soon! Even though it would mean I no longer have all the achievements. (Although it probably wouldn't take me that long to get the new one/s. ) I've heard something about there being new species in it, so maybe it'll be an intro to the new species' in ME2. That would also explain why they didn't wanna say anything about them at E3
