Here is a bunch of screenshots for the upcoming 'Steel & Titanium' map pack coming to Killzone 2.
The pack comes out on April 30 and it adds two new maps to Warzone, the game's multiplayer mode.
One's called Wasteland Bullet, taking place on the bullet train that links Pyrrhus and the Wasteland, and other is called Vekta Cruiser, on which ISA troops must repel a force of assaulting Helghast troops whilst also protecting the cruiser itself from heavy Helghan fire.
The wasteland bullet could be the greatest MP ever if it turns out good also i hera theyre free..wait theyre not free...wait they are...alot im confused
free we'll see yet, nothing is comfirmed or denied yet..............
Oh yes it is (in my best pantomime voice):
Sony has confirmed you'll have to cough up some cash for the first batch of Killzone 2 downloadable content.
As reported yesterday, the Steel & Titanium Pack will include two brand new maps.
They won't come for free, though - "You will have to pay for the new maps," a Sony spokesperson told {some other gaming site that it's probably impolite to mention on C&VG}.
So what's the damage? "Pricing is still to be confirmed."
The Steel & Titanium Pack will be released on 30th April.
The website that originally reported on the upcoming Killzone 2 map pack being a free download, has corrected its story. The news item now says Sony Computer Entertainment contacted Tweakers.net, stating the DLC will in fact not be free, but will cost a still unknown amount of money. This one is confirmed by Sony, so alas, no free dlc for Killzone 2
