Free-to-play Battlefield, Battlefield Heroes has finally come out of beta and is up to play right now, as you can see here.

The cartoon spin-off is a third-person affair with customisable characters and lots of EA micro-transactions (you didn't think it was completely free, did you?) such as cowboy hats and Hawaiian shirts. It looks bonkers.
