After Jonathan Ross name-dropped it on Twitter, another Fable III confirmation has seemingly come from an equally odd source... a Lionhead employee's wedding.
The New York Times' "Weddings/Celebrations" section has the following listing for Lionhead designer Joshua Atkins' wedding:
"Amy E. Gilbert and Joshua Samuels Atkins are to be married Sunday in San Francisco.

"Mr. Atkins, 34, is the lead game designer for Fable III, a video game series produced by Lionhead Studios in Guildford, England. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz."
Misprint or another slip-up? The New York Times doesn't make many slip-ups, as far as we know.
Fable 2 was good, but like a lot of games this generation, it hardly moved the earth. I'm sure this sort of story need not be published because we all know, when Fable 3 is announced it will be talked up to Olympian proportions by good old Peter the day after, then the day after, then the day after ad infinitum
Massive fable fan, downloaded Knothole Island and was underwhelmed slightly, have the see the future dlc too but for some peculiar reason Good ole Murgo will not dish out any new quests for my slightly portly and scarred hero--that damn fool, I knew there was something wrong with him the second I saw him. i think you misunderstood the ending there Stonecold. You already have played as the king in the current game. As zoe wannamakers character says. It is not the king but his son that will decide the fate of Albion.

Thats kind of what I meant. Your Son is the one who has to Save the day and he will eventually be King, unless he does a Charles and his Dad stays on the throne for just that little bit too long .
I haven't been able to download any content yet due to my rather annoying lack of broadband or xboxlive. The way things have been going over the past few months I'm gonna be spending tons on all of the stuff I've missed!
And yes, Fable and Fable 2 are among the best (best meaning fun) RPG's I've ever played. I think it's even the Mrs' favourite game full stop! Can't wait for the 3rd installment!
