Battlefield 1943 out next week

Download only FPS ready for XBLA/PSN assault
Battlefield 1943, EA's online multiplayer war game, will launch on July 9 for 1200 MS points (about £10.20) on XBLA or £9.99 on PSN.

1943 will support play for up to 24 players and feature three of the series' best maps: Iwo Jima, Guadal Canal and the ever-popular Wake Island itself.

As an added bonus, EA has hidden a fourth map in the game, Coral Sea, which will be unlocked once the community has achieved 43 million kills on either platform.

"Coral Sea is designed to showcase the intense battle in the skies, offering an all-new Air superiority game mode," says EA. "The legendary WWII action this map provides will have players dog fighting in this airplanes-only map, proving once again DICE delivers on a first class online vehicle warfare experience better than anyone else."

Is this coming to PC?

May just buy this. Like the idea of EA making community achievements and such (ie unlocking new maps, even if its just one).

BONUS Very Happy seriously though i was only joking. remember when outrun came out and cost more on the PS3 than the 360.
i've already got my billy points aside for this and MvC2, whenever they release that.
