I always love that. When its an ugly game made by some third pary developer that nobodys ever heard of theres always a bunch of biased fanboys posting within minutes. When theres a top drawer title that looks good though nobody says anything.
it's the most half bottomd wii development of the generation beating even the forthcoming dead space.
tbh,i still haven't got over the fact that the closest we're gonna have to a resi 2 remake with the resi 4 engine is this piece of sh!t.
after 5 turned out to be a dud i was hoping for a little more than a hotd wannabe,especially when overkill was so f*cking good and this won't come near it.
i wouldn't even download this for free to run through homebrew,waste of time.

Sounds like he's played Dead Space Extraction as well, despite the fact it's not even finished yet.
To be honest, I prefer this to a remake or port for a couple of reasons; A rails shooter is perfect for the wii for starts, and at least its (sort of) a new title. Where as I don't particularly want to see any more ports or remakes which are likely to be pretty uninnovative anyway. Example: Resident Evil 1 on Wii, which has no real changes to fit the wii platform. Been there, done that.
Why are people so obsessed with remakes? I'll stick with my Gamecube RE2 if I want to play it on Wii.

now,while i am getting ahead of myself as to the overall quality of the finished product neither game is what i expected or wanted and so,yes,i've spat the dummy.
for me,both titles reflect the attitude of major 3rd party devs to the wii perfectly in that they seem like token gestures while the other consoles get some sweet s**t that's not on rails.
Looks pretty good for a Wii game tbh! I'll probably get this one as I enjoyed the last one, will give me an excuse to pick up my Wiimote again (for like the first time in a year!) and give my xbox a rest! I was very much a fan of resi 2 and am excited about playing through it again from a different perspective! Still I wish they'd just do a proper remake of the original resi's on the proper platforms with the new style of play! Only complaint I have really though is the lack of the same voice actor used in degeneration and resi 4!

Darks**te Chronicles looks total crap and the voice acting is pure garbage. Capcom have lost their Resident Evil powers since number 4..

I thought this game looked good, but crikey JuiKuen, that was a good video. I haven't even glanced at this game but I will follow it much more closely now!
