No Syphon Filter 5 after all

SF5 and Socom 4 listings were "errors", admits digital content creation firm
Stand down lads, false alarm. Unfortunately, the listings for Syphon Filter 5 and Socom 4 found on digital content creation company PCB Productions' website were mistakes. Soz.

PCB, which has provided content for games like Bioshock, much of the Call of Duty series, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 1 and 2 and others big games, stirred up a fuss when it listed the two titles on its credits page. As well as listing a Red Steel project for PS2 and 360.

But a rep has confirmed to CVG that they were all just errors. "I apologize for the confusion. There appears to be some errors on our credits," we were told.

"Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror was recorded a few years back with Image Metrics, and we recorded Red Steel for the Wii," they said, adding: "We recently worked on Socom FTB 3 for the PSP."

That clears that up, then. No SF5 for PS3. Yet...

I don't blame that kid (in the photo) for crying. He must be sick of reading these pointless stories too.
