Ratchet: Crack in Time getting two demos

Insomniac has revealed plans to release not one, but two demos of its latest colourful platformer, Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time.

According to Insomniac's latest podcast, the demo it originally intended to release was too big, so it decided to split it into two parts and release them as separate downloads.

One demo will give you a level in which you play as Ratchet and the other will plop you into another stage playing as Crank. How convenient.

An Insomniac rep has also confirmed (via PS3Center) that you will be playing these demos before the game's released on October 27. Be excited, it looks brilliant - see the video above.
