Rockstar's 'teased' the location of the next GTA game, in the manual for just-released Episodes from Liberty City.
On page 13 of the manual, which you can see pictured here, the message "Liberty City, it's over!" is displayed alongside "next stop" and a comedy page rip where GTA's next locale is supposedly displayed.
All you can make out under the tear is the world "Seagull", which means nothing to us.

the background of the new location(if thats what it is and not just a rockstar wind up) looks a bit mountainious, possibably mt chilliad and a return to a reworked san andreas!!
also down the bottom it says opens march everywhere, another clue to the next gta?? or mabey the relase date of the ps3 episodes from liberty city. one can hope......
well my 2 cents is that the actual rip looks a lot like some kind of land mass. Are there any states that shape? That could point to a location. I too am expecting VC for gta4 part 2, but i hope rockstar give us something fresh and hit us with gta5.
