It was always going to be those sort of games that won because they are entirely based on music. That being said, there are much better 'original' sound tracks out there, the devs for GH etc didn't actually create any of the music.
I thought MGS4 would have run this close, it has the best original game soundtrack out of all the choices to choose from. Better than GH, anyway. Disappointing.
