Kane & Lynch 2: Teaser video

Official announcement imminent?
A teaser trailer is doing the rounds for what is supposedly the second Kane & Lynch game.

There's not much to see in the video other than two chaps shooting their way into a restaurant, before beating up a dog with a board (poor mutt).

A trademark for 'Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days' was filed by Eidos on July 8, pretty much confirming that the long-rumoured sequel is indeed a reality. Is this it? We'll let you know what the publisher has to say...

the first had some fantastic missions, hidden between lots of poor ones, especially in the 2nd half of the game. but when it was about robbing banks and setting prisoners free, it was great.

interesting to see how they connect the two, given that the first game had 2 endings, both of which weren't very sequel friendly.

I thought the first one flopped... Why make another? Much better games have gone without sequels why does this one need one.

first one on ps3 had a really crap frame rate and the graphics were ps2 esque to say the least. gameplay wasnt bad, but the frame rate really knacked it up.

I actually quite enjoyed the first one - so a sequel = good news for me.

Me and my mate finished this and army of two after....both are similar..great ideas, great games just lacking discipline.

Im looking forward to both big time...I also hope they dont make a s**t film of Kane & Lynch which is on the cards.

I've got about halfway through the first one, and I like it. Maybe not worth a full-price buy, but certainly a good buy at a lower price.
