Resident Evil 5 Gold: Series favs return

Barry Burton and Rebecca Chambers have been confirmed for Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition, reports IGN.

The duo made their Resident Evil debut right back in the original before making cameos in subsequent games, with Rebecca Chambers also starring in Resident Evil Zero.

They're the two latest additions to be confirmed for the Mercenaries Reunion mode, which sees exisiting characters receiving new outfits while Excella from Resident Evil 5's single player will also become a playable character.

Do I remember reading somewhere that the extra content will be made available free of charge to people who already own the game? Or am I just being incredibly silly?

Yes you are being silly capcom never said it would be free looking forward to the dlc not seen rebecca or barry in an re game for a long time.

They should put in leon ada krauser billy coen and carlos then thats every body.

I want to see no mercy 4 player co-op in mercs mode! But i guess that is a bit much to ask?!? Cool
