Starsky & Hutch

Chances are you won't remember Starsky & Hutch, the American TV show from the 1970s.

Hell, we're as old as the hills and even our recollection of the crime-fighting duo strutting and solving the funkiest of crimes is a bit fuzzy. But that's all set to change this year with a new Starsky remake movie coming out, as well as this racing/driving/stunt 'em up, licensed from the original show.

PLEASE PLEASE ME
The focus is on fun and crowd-pleasing driving action. A viewer rating in the top of the screen counts down if you miss bad stunts or shoot innocent civvies, but skyrockets when you perform eye-popping stunts or are a particularly sharp shot with your gun.

What's most exciting is the fact that you have to both drive and shoot during the 30-plus missions. You can do this solo using the pad, or you can get a mate to help by either driving or shooting with a pad or lightgun. Which is great, because that's when the two of you together really BECOME Starsky and Hutch. Failing that, you can play solo using a wheel and gun, taking corners like you're behind the wheel of some hotrod cheesemobile. Should be good, in spite of all the porno moustaches and distressing disco daywear.
