Battlefield Command orders in new shots

Battlefield Command: Europe at War 1939 - 1945 is looking pretty hot, which is no doubt why Codemasters snapped it up earlier in the year.

Focusing on some of the more prominent battles from World War II, the title boasts incredible attention to detail, something that you would really expect from the developer which brought us impressive flight sim IL-2 Sturmovik.

Battlefield Command will find player exercising strategic skills in recreations of the likes of Germany's invasion of Poland and France in 1939-40, warfare on the Eastern Front, D-Day and the eventual downfall of the German Army and Berlin in 1945.

The screenshots are of the "work in progress" variety, but you can still see how well things are coming along.
