Exclusive MoH: Breakthrough screens

An Allied advance allows us to bring you new shots from the latest Allied Assault expansion
After much cursing and frustration, we've finally managed to pummel our way through the first level, set in Kasserine Pass, of the MOH Breakthrough beta code we're in possession of. It was a tough assignment - and that's on Medium difficulty level - so we shudder to think how tough 'Hard' really is. But maybe there's some enemy AI tweaking still to be done there...

Anyway, after eating desert and defeating German Army forces in Kasserine Pass, it's off to operations in Bizerte, Tunisia, the following level in the code. The mission here is infiltrate a German-occupied fortress residing on the opposite side of a river that's crawling with the Hun, with the aim of rescuing captured and imprisoned British paratroopers.

Crossing the river on a crappy old rowing boat while friendlies give covering fire and the enemy unleashes a hail of bullets and exploding shells, you reach the opposite side, hop out, kill a handful of German soldiers, breach a hole in the fortress wall with explosives, enter inside into the prison area, kill another German soldier, grab a key from a table and release the British paratroopers from their cells.

And that's only the start of the mission. We won't spoil it for you by giving any more away, but you can check out the screenshots that we've grabbed for you to get a visual idea of what's in store.
