Gran Turismo 5 stars in the NEW issue of PSM3!

"If you start from the back of grid at number 16 and all 15 cars in front of you are kicking up water, then the game (GT5) may not run at 60fps at that moment", reveals Gran Turismo 5 creator Kazunori Yamauchi in the new issue of PSM3, "And for that, I beg your forgiveness". His apology might be tongue in cheek (well, we hope - what's a few missed frames in five years, eh, Kazunori?), but it's this level of dedication that makes GT5 the most anticipated, complete, technically astounding and - yes - delayed games on PS3. We've got ten fact-packed pages on the ultimate racing simulation in the new issue of PSM3, and you might be surprised to learn that GT5 *might* be worth the wait.

Call of Duty: Black Ops vs MOH in the new issue of PSM3 on-sale TODAY!

In terms of the single-player campaign, or - barring a miracle - sales, no one expects EA's Medal of Honor reboot (out on the 15th October) to topple Call of Duty: Black Ops. But in online multiplayer - where the real battle for hearts and minds lies - it's a much more even contest, with EA handing Medal of Honor's multiplayer game to Battlefield developers DICE. We jetted to LA (for Call of Duty) and Sweden (for MOH) for an extensive multiplayer hands-on with both games, and deliver our early head-to-head verdict in the latest issue of PSM3. More? "You have to go to the toilet even if you're surviving a zombie-infested city"

Picked up Dead Rising 2 yet? As our relentless hints over the last week might've suggested - you should. It's a proper 'game' game, full of hidden secrets and tricks, plus you get to storm into a crowd of 200 zombies waving twin chainsaws on an oar paddle. Recently, we caught up with series' producer Keiji Inafune for his thoughts on the new title, and here's what he had to say...

8 things you NEED to know before starting Dead Rising 2

I've played a LOT of Dead Rising 2. I'm STILL playing Dead Rising 2. I love it. But I didn't love it to begin with, because it's one of the most punishing, unforgiving games in recent history. People who finished the original will already be used to its brutal real-time structure, but since this is the first Dead Rising on PS3, chances are a lot of you will be bewildered, lost and confused. But fear not, because here are eight things that'll make your first tentative steps into the garish zombie-infested playground of Fortune City a little easier.

The five best PS3 trailers of TGS 2010

Capcom's Devil May Cry reboot, DMC, was the biggest shock of the recent Tokyo Game Show - held at the Makuhari Messe convention centre, Tokyo, from 16-19th - but there was no shortage of hot new PS3 games, like Yakuza 4 plus fresh footage of key titles like Gran Turismo 5 and Metal Gear Solid Rising. We've got every video that matters below, including Devil May Cry hero Dante's transformation from a silver haired badass, into a sulky, lank mopped, extra from Twilight. Which, incidentally, still looks pretty damn special despite the predictable internet backlash...

Dead Rising 2 stars in the new issue of PSM3 - on-sale TODAY!

Say what you like about the original Dead Rising's 'unique' (i.e. maddening) save system, but we defy ANYONE not to love wading into a crowd of 200 zombies with a pair of boxing gloves spiked with kitchen knives (or set on fire with motor oil), and unleashing a limb-lopping shade of hell from Wolverine's darkest cheese dreams. Or bringing the pain... while riding a wheelchair strapped with machine guns. Dressed in a tuxedo. Or as a kid's superhero. Or in your pants... wearing a cowboy hat. They're just a few of the unique, incredible, ways you can kill zombies in Dead Rising 2, that stars exclusively in the new issue of PSM3, on-sale now.
