Voting has now closed for the 27th Annual Golden Joystick Awards

Thanks and huge congratulations to everyone who voted this year, for helping to not only shape gaming history, but for setting a new world record with a massive number of votes cast in the people’s gaming awards.

We'll be announcing all of the winners on 30th October during the grand finale to 2009's London Games Festival, but look out for full coverage on CVG.co.uk and Games Radar who’ll be reporting live from the show.

If you’ve already voted, why not head on over to the official Golden Joysticks forum to discuss your choices? Good-natured debate is already raging on who should win, who should lose and who will capture the supreme accolade, the Ultimate Game of the Year.
